Development Finance
Surprisingly, there are still some lenders that will finance a Development.
This will usually only be for Residential Developments.
The lender will need to see that the site is being purchased at a good price and that the developed site will sell, once completed.
As with all Commercial Loans, the lower the Loan to Value and the more experienced the Applicant, the better the rate charged.
